If you are between 20-40 years of age.

If you are between 40-60 years of age.

Stage 2 : Enlightenment It is like flying in a Business class with comfort & gourmet
meal.

If you are between 60-80 years of age.

Stage 3 : Realization of God in you : It is like flying in your own Private Jet.

This approach give you a well balanced 20 years in each stage of your life. As long as
you follow all the principles mentioned in the 3 Foundations age should not be a
barrier. You can pursue any stage you feel you are comfortable.
